It depends. With a bachelor's degree in Information Technology (CGPA 5.7/10, two backlogs), 36 years of work experience, and no IELTS yet, your options for a master's vary by country:

- UK: Most universities require at least a 2:2 degree (about 50-60% or higher). Your CGPA may be on the lower side, but your extensive work experience could help. An IELTS score of 6.5 overall (no band below 6.0) is typically required.
- UAE: Admission criteria are often more flexible. Many universities accept a CGPA roughly equivalent to yours and may consider your work experience. IELTS 6.0 or equivalent is usually needed.
- Malaysia: Most universities require a CGPA of 2.75 - 3.0 (on a 4.0 scale), but relevant work experience can sometimes compensate for a lower CGPA. IELTS 6.0 is generally required.

Admission policies and requirements are subject to change. Your work experience may strengthen your application, especially in the UAE and Malaysia. Taking the IELTS is an essential next step.
