You can pursue clinical courses and obtain a medical license in both Germany and the UK, but the process and requirements differ by country.

Germany:
- Degree recognition: Your MBBS must be evaluated for equivalence; you may need to pass the Kenntnisprüfung (medical knowledge test).
- German language: B2 level general German and passing the Fachsprachprüfung (medical language exam) are required.
- Medical license (Approbation): Granted after meeting knowledge and language requirements.
- Specialist training: Available post-licensure; typically 5 - 6 years and paid.

UK:
- PLAB exam: Pass both PLAB 1 (written) and PLAB 2 (clinical skills) to qualify.
- GMC registration: After PLAB, you can register with the General Medical Council to practice.
- Specialty training: Apply after registration.

Both paths require strong language skills and exam preparation.
