To get the APS (Akademische Prüfstelle) certificate, you must meet these minimum requirements:

- Academic eligibility: Completed your qualifying education (usually a bachelor's degree) from a recognized Indian institution.
- Document verification: Submit original mark sheets and degree certificates for APS office verification.
- Language proficiency: Proof of English or German language skills may be required, depending on your course.
- Digital Master Test (dMAT): Mandatory for certain master's programs (like Engineering, Commerce, Finance, Business, etc.) if your bachelor's is in these fields and you’re applying for summer 2027 intake or later.
- Application fee: Around ₹18,000 (subject to change).
- Processing time: Typically 3 - 4 weeks, but may take longer during peak periods.

The APS certificate verifies your documents but does not guarantee university admission or visa approval. Start the process early to avoid delays.
