What all topics should I study for GMAT preparation?
For GMAT preparation, focus on these core topics:
- Quantitative Reasoning: Arithmetic (number properties, fractions, percentages), algebra (linear/quadratic equations, inequalities), basic statistics, ratios, averages, permutations, and combinations.
- Verbal Reasoning: Reading comprehension (analyzing passages, identifying main ideas), and critical reasoning (evaluating arguments, assumptions, conclusions).
- Data Insights: Data sufficiency (is the information enough?), table analysis, multi-source reasoning (interpreting data from text, tables, graphics), graphics interpretation, and two-part analysis (solving problems with two components).
The GMAT Focus Edition does not include essay writing or sentence correction, so you can prioritize these areas.
