UK IELTS - Study without IELTS

Is it important that my class twelfth exam was in English medium for my study abroad application in UK?

Is IELTS mandatory for all countries or are there exceptions like UK and Dubai where IELTS can be taken after application?

Is there any special course in the UK that does not require IELTS or PTE?

Will my high English scores in 11th and 12th grades exempt me from taking IELTS for admission in UK/Australia?

Are there English waiver options available for UK and Ireland universities, and are they preferable?

Are there any pharmacy courses without IELTS or other English test requirements in UK/Ireland?

Is it fine if I remove this part because I am not able to speak properly in UK/Ireland?

If we get shortlisted first, can we apply without the IELTS exam and then fulfill the IELTS requirement later in UK/Singapore?
