Since I have not given IELTS, GMAT, or GRE exams yet, can I apply with a medium of instruction certificate from my college in Germany/France?

Yes, you may be able to apply with a Medium of Instruction (MOI) certificate from your college, but acceptance depends on the university and program.
- Germany: Many universities, especially public ones, accept an MOI certificate as proof of English proficiency if your previous education was in English. Requirements vary, so policies differ by institution and course. - France: Some universities may accept an MOI certificate, but it is less common. Many French institutions still require standardized test scores like IELTS, TOEFL, or GRE.
These requirements are subject to change.
