Is the one year MBA program in Singapore structured as a one plus one visa (one year study plus one year stay) or just one year?
The one-year MBA in Singapore offers one year of study under the Student Pass. After graduation, there is no automatic one-year post-study work visa (one-plus-one structure).
You may apply for a Long-Term Visit Pass (LTVP) to stay up to one additional year for job search, but this does not permit you to work. To work legally, you must secure a job and have your employer sponsor a work pass such as the Employment Pass or S Pass.
So, it is one year of study, with the possibility - not a guarantee - of up to one extra year for job search without work rights.
