Yes, the IELTS exam is computer-based for the Listening, Reading, and Writing sections, which you can take at an authorized test center in India. The Speaking test is always done in person with an examiner at the center.
There is also an IELTS Online option for the Academic test, which you can take from home, but this version is currently not accepted for visa or immigration applications. For UK or Germany study visas, you must take the IELTS at an official test center, either computer-based or paper-based.
