Is the German language certificate from the Goth Institute the only valid one?
No, the Goethe Institut certificate is not the only valid one. TestDaF, telc, DSH and OSD are all universally accepted alternatives for German visas, university admissions and jobs. Private institute completion certificates, however, are not valid for official visa or university applications.
