Is my work experience considered managerial for MBA or MIM eligibility?
It depends on the nature of your work roles. For MBA programs, work experience is considered "managerial" if it involves leading teams, managing projects, or making strategic decisions - not just technical tasks. If your 24 months in Material Science and Engineering included these responsibilities, it can count as managerial.
For MiM (Master in Management) programs, most applicants have 0 - 2 years of experience and managerial experience is not usually required. However, with 2 years of experience, you may be seen as more experienced than typical MiM candidates.
If you're unsure how your roles are classified, discuss your specific responsibilities with your LeapScholar counsellor for tailored guidance.
