No, that's not true. International students in Singapore can work part-time during their bachelor's studies and have options to stay after graduation.

- During studies: You can work up to 16 hours/week during term and unlimited hours during vacation, if enrolled full-time at an approved institution. - After graduation: You may stay up to 12 months on a Long-Term Visit Pass (LTVP) to look for work. Once you secure a job, your employer can apply for a work pass (such as Employment Pass or S Pass) on your behalf.

However, Singapore does not offer an automatic post-study work visa - continued stay depends on finding employment and obtaining the right work pass.
