Is it possible to do an MBA without work experience and will I need to take the GMAT in France/Italy?
It depends on the program and country.
- Italy: Most MBA programs require 2 - 3 years of work experience, but some may accept strong academic profiles without it. The GMAT is not always mandatory - many universities focus on transcripts and interviews, though top schools may recommend a minimum GMAT score (e.g., 600).
- France: Top business schools usually require both work experience (often 3+ years) and the GMAT or GRE. However, some institutions offer MBAs without strict GMAT requirements and may focus more on academic and professional background.
With your recent graduation and limited work experience, you may find options, but requirements are subject to change by university. If you want to strengthen your application, consider preparing for the GMAT.
