If I want to take my spouse with me to the UK, what is the process or eligibility for a Master's/Postgraduate?

You can bring your spouse with you to the UK while pursuing your Master's degree if you are enrolled in a full-time postgraduate program lasting at least 9 months. Your spouse would apply as a dependant, either at the same time as you or after you have started your course. You will need to show proof of sufficient funds to support both of you and arrange suitable accommodation. Your spouse will also need to pay the Immigration Health Surcharge and may be eligible to work full-time in the UK, except in certain restricted professions. Given your extensive work experience and study plans, make sure all eligibility requirements are met and have your documentation ready.
