No, your Irish student visa only allows you to live and study in Ireland. It does not permit travel to other European countries, including those in the EU or Schengen Area.

If you wish to visit countries like France, Germany, or Spain during your studies, you must apply separately for a Schengen visa. This visa typically allows short stays (up to 90 days within a 180-day period) in the 27 Schengen countries.
