If I do not want to study a master's but just want to go to the country, what are my options in Germany for a Bachelor's?
You can visit Germany without enrolling in a master's program by applying for a short-term visa.
- Tourist visa (Schengen Type C): Allows up to 90 days in Germany for tourism, leisure, or visiting friends/family. Indian citizens must apply in advance; a visa on arrival is not available.
- Business visa: For attending meetings or conferences, requires an invitation from a German company.
- Visit visa: For visiting relatives or friends, needs an invitation and proof of your host’s status.
- Short-term course visa: For language or cultural courses, requires proof of enrollment.
Your bachelor's degree, work experience, and valid passport make you eligible for a tourist visa. Visa requirements and fees are subject to change.
