If I do a master's in musculoskeletal physiotherapy and then do a spouse visa master's, can I do both within the same visa period in New Zealand/UAE?

It depends on the country’s visa rules.

- New Zealand: You may be able to study multiple programs on a single Pathway Student Visa (up to 5 years), as long as each course is full-time and from an approved provider. Your spouse can usually apply for a Partner of a Student Work Visa if you are studying a master’s (Level 9 or 10), allowing them to work full-time. Visa durations and eligibility are subject to change.
- UAE: Student visas are typically valid for one year and renewed annually. Your spouse would need a separate employment visa to work; dependent work rights are not automatic.

Visa policies change, so discuss your specific study plans with your LeapScholar counsellor for the latest guidance.
