If APS is not waived, do I have to appear for the GMAT exam as well for a Master's?

No, you do not need to take the GMAT exam as part of the APS (Academic Evaluation Centre) process, even if the APS certificate is not waived. The APS certification itself does not require GMAT.

However, some German universities may require a GMAT score for admission to specific business or management Master's programs. This requirement is set by the university, not by the APS process.
