I have not given IELTS yet; I was thinking to give GRE at the end of this month and then give IELTS in early August. Do I have to give IELTS in Germany/Singapore for a Master's/Bachelor's?

Yes, for master's programs in Germany, Singapore, and the UAE, you usually need to demonstrate English language proficiency - IELTS is widely accepted for this.

- Germany: Most universities require an IELTS score (typically 6.5) for English-taught courses. Some may accept other tests or a Medium of Instruction (MOI) certificate if your bachelor's was taught in English. - Singapore: Universities generally ask for an IELTS 6.5 or equivalent. Some may waive the test if your previous education was in English. - UAE: Many universities require IELTS 6.5, but requirements can differ and alternatives may be accepted.

Your plan to take GRE and then IELTS in early August aligns with most application timelines. Requirements may vary by university and program, so check with your LeapScholar counsellor for guidance on specific cases or possible waivers.
