You must show proof of sufficient funds for your student visa, and the required amount depends on the country:

- Germany: €11,904 for one year (about €992/month), usually in a blocked account.
- Ireland: €10,000 for courses over 8 months; for shorter courses, €833/month.
- USA: No fixed minimum, but you must show enough to cover tuition and living expenses for at least one year, as listed on your I-20 form.

Amounts are subject to change. It's recommended to show at least 10 - 20% more than the minimum. Bank statements should typically cover the last 3 - 6 months.
