How many points do I need to qualify for Germany's Opportunity Card?
You need to score at least 6 points on Germany's Opportunity Card assessment. Points come from factors such as your educational qualifications, language proficiency, work experience, age and any existing ties you have to Germany, such as prior study or family connections.

What Counts Toward Your Points

My Advice
Before you apply, list out every qualifying factor you have on paper, including certificates and language scores, and add them up against the point criteria first. It is far easier to strengthen a weak area beforehand than to get rejected and reapply later.
