How can I apply for a KTH scholarship, and when will I hear my decision?
Find your scholarship on KTH's Scholarship Announcements page, apply within its application period with all documents, and watch your email. Decisions usually arrive within 2 to 3 months after the application period ends, and payment typically follows within a month. Check each announcement for exact timelines.
You apply through the scholarship's own application period listed on KTH's Scholarship Announcements page. Decisions are usually emailed within 2 to 3 months after the application period ends, but each announcement gives its own timeline.

| Processing | Processing time varies for each scholarship, depending on factors such as the number of applicants. |

Things to Remember
- Check the announcement for the specific decision timeline of your scholarship.
- Scholarships for travel and research are paid to your school, not directly to your account.
- Reach out to your school office for details about school-level scholarships.
My Advice
Make a calendar of every scholarship period you qualify for, and prepare documents early. A complete, clearly written application matters more than a rushed one. Verify all dates on the official KTH page.
