My Advice
Do not target pure Data Science or Business Analytics in Germany with an English degree unless your transcript happens to carry real statistics or programming credits. I would build your application around Management, Innovation and Entrepreneurship, or Strategic Management first, and treat German quantitative analytics programs as a stretch option rather than a primary plan.
