My Advice

In my experience, students choose Sport and Exercise Psychology because the title sounds closer to healthcare than it actually is, then find the career track is really about behaviour and motivation rather than clinical exercise assessment. Only consider it seriously if what excites you about your Physiology degree is understanding why people do or do not exercise, not how their cardiovascular system responds to it.
