Does the student need to show the required funds in her own bank account or can it be in the parents' account for visa purposes in Singapore?

Yes, you can show the required funds for your Singapore Student's Pass in either your own bank account or your parents' account.

If you use your parents' account, you must provide:
- Parental consent letter confirming you have permission to use their funds. - Proof of relationship (such as your birth certificate).

Bank statements must clearly show the account holder's name, account number, statement date, bank name/logo, and the available balance for a 28-day period. The closing balance should be no older than 31 days before your visa application.
