No, having an extra subject like MAP listed on your degree or marksheet generally does not affect your eligibility for a master's program in Germany.

German universities mainly assess whether your bachelor's degree is recognized as equivalent to a German degree, whether you have the required credits, and if your core subjects are relevant to the master's program you are applying for.
