Do I need to take the IELTS exam or can I get an exemption based on my English scores in UK/Germany for a Master's?

It depends. With 69% in 12th-grade English and a 7.3 CGPA in Computer Science, some universities in the UK and Germany may grant you an IELTS exemption for your Master's applications. Many accept a Medium of Instruction (MOI) certificate or strong English marks as proof of proficiency.

However, for UK student visas, an approved English test may still be required even if the university waives IELTS.
