It depends on the university and country.

- Germany: Most universities do not require GRE/GMAT for Computer Science, but some - like the University of Mannheim - require GRE for applicants from India.
- Singapore: Leading universities such as NUS and SMU typically require GRE for international applicants unless you are a graduate from certain local institutions, in which case the requirement may be waived.
