It depends. If you have a Medium of Instruction (MOI) certificate confirming your entire four-year bachelor's degree was taught in English, many UK universities may waive the IELTS requirement. However, some universities and programs still require IELTS scores.
If you don't have an MOI certificate or your target universities require IELTS, you should continue preparing and plan to take the exam to meet application and visa deadlines.
