Yes, you must show proof of funds for your UK Student visa by providing bank statements that meet UK Visas and Immigration (UKVI) requirements.

- Tuition fees: The amount listed in your Confirmation of Acceptance for Studies (CAS).
- Living expenses:
- London: £1,529/month (up to 9 months, total £13,761)
- Outside London: £1,171/month (up to 9 months, total £10,539)

Your bank statement must:
- Be in your name (or a parent's/legal guardian's with a supporting letter)
- Show the full required amount held for at least 28 consecutive days
- Be dated within 31 days of your visa application
- Include your name, account number, bank name/logo, and transaction history

Statements from non-UK banks are accepted if in English (or with a certified translation) and from a recognized bank. Currency conversion should use the exchange rate on your application date.
