There is no priority or ranking system for study permit applications in Canada. Each application is assessed individually based on its own merits.

You cannot assign or change priorities among programs or institutions during the application process. If you need to update details - such as changing your chosen institution - you must contact Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada (IRCC) directly to request changes.
