For the UK, your education loan must be:
- From a recognized source (such as a government or regulated bank)
- In your name only
- Supported by an official loan letter (dated within six months, confirming the amount and availability before travel)

Personal or private loans are generally not accepted.

For Germany, you can use an education loan by:
