Can I take my wife as a dependent with me to Canada for a Master's?
Yes, you can bring your wife with you to Canada as a dependent while you pursue your master's degree.
She can apply for a visitor visa, and if you are enrolled in a master's or doctoral program, she may also be eligible for an open work permit, allowing her to work in Canada during your studies (subject to change).
Apply for her visa at the same time as your study permit to streamline processing. She will need proof of your full-time enrollment and evidence of sufficient funds for her stay.
