Yes, you can go to the UAE on your husband's dependent visa if he holds a valid UAE residence permit and meets the minimum salary requirement (typically AED 4,000/month or AED 3,000 plus accommodation).

You will need an attested marriage certificate to prove your relationship. After arrival, you must pass a medical fitness test before your residency visa and Emirates ID are issued.

If you plan to work in the UAE, your employer must apply for a work permit for you - working without this is illegal and can result in heavy fines.
