It is not possible to get permanent residency (PR) or citizenship quickly in the USA, UK, or Australia after your Master's. Each country has a multi-step process with typical timelines:

- USA: After your Master's, you can work on OPT (Optional Practical Training) for up to 3 years (for STEM). You then need employer sponsorship for an H-1B visa, which can lead to a Green Card. The full process usually takes 5 - 12 years.

- UK: You can stay for 2 years on the Graduate Route (post-study work visa). If you secure a Skilled Worker visa, you may apply for Indefinite Leave to Remain (PR) after 5 years of work, making the total about 7 years.

- Australia: After graduation, you can get a Temporary Graduate Visa (up to 2 years), then apply for PR through the points system. If eligible, the process may take 2 - 4 years.

All timelines are subject to change based on immigration policies and your individual situation. For a personalized plan, discuss your goals with your LeapScholar counsellor.
