Can I get direct PR from New Zealand while still in India if I succeed in getting a job offer?

No, you cannot get direct permanent residency (PR) from New Zealand while still in India, even if you have a job offer.

You must first obtain a resident visa - typically through the Skilled Migrant Category or another pathway. After moving to New Zealand and living there for at least two years on a resident visa, you can then apply for PR. A job offer strengthens your resident visa application, but PR requires meeting residency and other criteria after arrival.

Leap can assist you with the visa and PR process.
