Can I apply for postgraduate diploma programs in Canada with my qualifications, and what are the implications for bringing my spouse for a Master's/Bachelor's?

Yes, you are eligible to apply for postgraduate diploma programs in Canada with your current qualifications. Your 70% in your bachelor's degree generally meets admission criteria for many institutions.

However, as of 21 Jan 2025, spouses of international students in most postgraduate diploma programs are not eligible for an open work permit. This option is typically only available if you enroll in a master's (16+ months), doctoral, or certain professional programs.
