Living Costs Add Further to the Gap

When Rs 5 Lakh Could Still Be Useful

If Rs 5 lakh represents your available upfront funds rather than your total budget, it could realistically cover a few months of living expenses or serve as a partial deposit while you arrange a loan or scholarship for the rest. On its own as a total budget, though, it does not stretch to a Singapore master's in either field.

My Advice

If Rs 5 lakh is genuinely your ceiling, look at lower cost alternative destinations for logistics or hospitality first, since Singapore's tuition levels at NTU, NUS and even the private institutions here are simply out of range without significant scholarship or loan support. If a loan is on the table, model the full 2 year cost including living expenses before committing, rather than budgeting tuition alone.
