Yes, there are several countries where you can pursue a master's degree abroad with relatively low investment.

- Germany: Public universities charge low or no tuition (typically €0 - €1,500/year). Living expenses are about €10,000 - €12,000/year. An 18-month post-study work visa (job seeker visa) is available.
- Malaysia: Tuition at public universities is around RM 7,000 - 15,000/year (₹1.2 - 2.6 lakh). Living costs are RM 1,500 - 2,500/month (₹26,000 - 44,000). Most courses are in English. One-year post-study work visa offered.
- Poland: Tuition fees are €2,000 - 3,000/year (₹1.8 - 2.7 lakh). Living costs are €400 - 600/month (₹35,000 - 53,000). Many programs in English. Work permits available after employment.
- France: Tuition at public universities is €3,879 - 4.2 lakh/year. Living costs are €78,100 - 1.99 lakh/month. Two-year post-study work visa (APS) available.
- Czech Republic: Tuition is €3,000 - 5,000/year (₹2.7 - 4.5 lakh). Living costs are €500 - 700/month (₹44,000 - 62,000). Nine-month post-study work visa available.
