Am I eligible for MBA abroad programs given my current work experience requirements in Germany/Singapore?

It depends. Most MBA programs abroad require at least 2 - 3 years of professional work experience, and top schools often prefer 4 - 6 years.

With 12 months of experience, you may not meet the standard eligibility for many MBA programs. However, some universities offer business master’s programs - like Master in Management (MiM) or MSc Business - that accept applicants with little or no work experience. A few MBA programs in countries such as Germany, France, Singapore, and Malaysia may also consider candidates with strong academics and less experience.

If you want to maximize your MBA options, gaining more work experience or taking on leadership roles can help.
