You need to submit your IELTS certificate twice: first during your university application in Germany, and later for your visa application.
- For university applications, upload a scanned copy of your IELTS score report on the university’s online portal. Some universities may also ask you to send the official scores directly from the test center.
- For your German visa, you must present the original IELTS certificate at the embassy or consulate after receiving your admission letter.
