After getting a single visa, can we travel to all European countries in Ireland/Germany?
No, a single Schengen visa allows you to travel to all 27 countries in the Schengen Area for up to 90 days within a 180-day period, but not all European countries.
- Schengen visa covers: Austria, Belgium, Croatia, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Iceland, Italy, Latvia, Liechtenstein, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, and Switzerland.
- Not included: The United Kingdom, Ireland, and some other European countries require separate visas.
- Romania and Bulgaria: These are in the process of joining Schengen and may have separate entry rules.
