After completing studies in Europe, can my spouse move there as well?

It depends on your visa status after completing your studies in Europe.

- If you are on a student visa, your spouse can usually join you as a dependent during your studies.
- After graduation, if you switch to a post-study work visa (like the Graduate Visa in the UK), your spouse can only join you if they were already in the country as your dependent while you were a student.
- If you later move to a work visa (such as the Skilled Worker Visa), your spouse can apply to join you as a dependent under that route.
