TOEFL is a standard test used to assess non-native English speaker’s ability to understand English before enrolling in English-speaking universities. The exam is accepted by the majority of technical and professional English-speaking organisations. TOEFL is one of the world’s two most important English language tests, along with IELTS.
TOEFL is a brand of ETS (Educational Testing Service), a private non-profit organisation that develops and administers tests. ETS produces an official status report that is provided separately to organisations and is valid for two years following the exam.

Eligibility Criteria
- Candidates can take the TOEFL test after passing the 12th-grade exam from a reputable board or university.
- The applicant taking the test aspires to further his or her education in an English-speaking country.
TOEFL Examination pattern
TOEFL is taken approximately 50 times each year. It allows you to take the exam as many times as you want, but there must be a 12-day interval between prior and current tests. As mentioned below, the test is divided into four sections.

When the applicant’s scores are eligible, he will be notified through mail about ten days after the test. The applicant can also view the results by logging in to the TOEFL Registration website.
