The full form of APGVB is Andhra Pradesh Grameena Vikas Bank. In Warangal, India, there is a rural regional bank called APGVB. In 2006, it became a Regional Rural Bank following the Regional Rural Banks Act of 1976. To engage more actively, in coordination, in the expansion of the rural & rural non-agricultural sectors, with an emphasis on the urban, the rural poor, the rural ISB & rural crafts, through the merging of the five following banks, supported by the SBI, on March 31, 2006.
