What is the full form of PGDM?

The full form of PGDM is Post Graduate Diploma in Management. Several Indian universities and institutions provide the two-year, full-time PGDM programme. Depending on the requirements of the various universities and institutions, this course may be divided into four or six semesters. The AICTE has approved institutions providing PGDM training under the HRD Ministry of the Indian Government (All India Council for Technical Education).

The PGDM’s course topics and structure are similar to those of the MBA (Masters of Business Administration) programme. The sole distinction between them is that the MBA offers a degree, whereas the PGDM is a postgraduate diploma course.
