Will I get an offer letter with scholarships before starting the application process?
It depends. Some scholarships, like Chevening, allow you to apply and potentially receive a scholarship offer before holding a university offer letter. However, most scholarships require you to first secure an offer from the university before you can be considered.
A few scholarships may grant provisional awards or let you apply without an offer, but typically, scholarship decisions follow after you receive your university offer letter.
