Which master's specialisation suits a graduate in Philosophy with 4 years of work experience?

A Philosophy degree does not have to mean continuing in Philosophy. With four years of work experience behind you, the more useful question is which of your 48 months, teaching, government, NGO work, IT, sales, actually points toward a specific career pivot rather than a generic humanities master's.

Public Policy: The Strongest Academic Fit for a Philosophy Background

My Advice

In my experience, this decision changes completely depending on what those 48 months actually involved, and I would not recommend the same programme to someone coming from teaching as to someone coming from IT. If you cannot clearly connect your work experience to Public Policy or an MBA specialisation yet, that is worth resolving before you apply, since your statement of purpose needs that thread to be convincing either way.
