My Advice

Do the country comparison after settling on your occupation, not before; the strongest specialisation for your career history should decide whether New Zealand's or Australia's job market and immigration rules fit you better, not the reverse. In my experience, BCom graduates with substantial work experience get the most value out of Business Information Systems or Business Analytics because both let a hiring manager see immediately what changed between your old job and your new degree.
