If your career goal is software development and system design, you should pick Core Computer Science and Engineering or a Software Engineering or Full Stack Development specialisation over trendier AI or Data Science tracks. Your BTech already gives you the coding base, so the right specialisation should deepen architecture and scale skills rather than pull you toward statistics.
