It depends. None of these countries set a fixed total income requirement in your Income Tax Return (ITR) for student visas, but you must show you have enough funds to cover tuition and living expenses. Your ITR can help prove your financial capacity, but it’s not the only document considered.

- Australia: Show funds for at least 12 months - AUD 21,041/year for living expenses, plus tuition.
- New Zealand: Show at least NZD 15,000/year for living expenses, plus tuition.
- France: Show about €615/month (around €7,380/year) for living expenses, plus tuition.
- UAE: No fixed ITR amount; must demonstrate ability to pay tuition and living costs.
